Oh wow. I know its still a few weeks away. Just about three but it's crazy 18 days left until the day I fly out! I am so excited to start this next adventure the Lord has blessed me with but I'm starting to get a slight case of the butterflies. The surf here has been super fun and just yesterday I got to experience the reason why we all live here. A day full of sunshine, surf, river, local diners and lots of friends. So with that little taste of home and the reason I am proud to call it just that, with that comes the butterflies of leaving it all behind. It's just so crazy. This will be the first time that September doesn't = school and this will be the first time I won't come home for Thanksgiving and the first time that I'll say goodbye to my boss for the last time he will be my boss. This will be the last summer as a surf instructor and this will be the last summer I live at home. No longer will I be able to be in the routine I have created - which is SO exciting and SO scary at the same time. It's crazy that summer is pretty much over.. and if not that it's surely coming to an end. This summer has rocked my socks with the way God has blessed me with a job and the provisions to go on the trip. Though the weather has been less than impressive, the summer has been a great one. I can't wait for this adventure to start and I will continue to pray that the Lord provides the rest of the provisions I need to make this trip possible.
